Super Moist Guinness Brownies

Ingredients

Brownies

• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup Guinness Stout beer
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2/3 cup cocoa (I used Hershey's dark cocoa)

Ganache

• 5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp guiness
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
