Banana Caramel Mug Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon caramel, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
