• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp white vinegar

Salted Caramel Sauce

• 1 cup sugar
• 6 tbsp salted butter, cubed, room temperature
• 1/2 cup heavy cream, room temperature

Cinnamon Apples

• 5-6 large apples, chopped
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar
