- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Framboise (optional)
- 2/3 cup Oh Nuts whole Jordan Almonds, preferably in Valentine colors (red, white and pink), smashed to bits in a ziplock using a mallet
Fresh Raspberry Buttercream

- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- big pinch of kosher salt
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
